The Manchester Law and Technology Initiative (MLaTI) works closely with academics, industry, and regulators to offer students an innovative curriculum and extra-curricular activities.

Alliance Manchester Business School and the Manchester Law School offer a range of courses at the intersection of law and technology with cross-disciplinary teaching, and the University supports student ‘law tech’ groups and hosts a range of competitions and networking opportunities throughout the academic year.

The core module of the Initiative, ‘Law, Money, and Technology’ is open to 3rd year law students.

Online LLM in International Commercial and Technology Law

The Law School offers an Online LLM in 'International Commercial Law and Technology Law', with courses addressing topics such as online privacy, intellectual property, fintech and digital assets, blockchain, and artificial intelligence.
